The only disappointment with the order is that you emailed me on 16th June at 19:59 saying 'We are pleased to tell you that your order is now being processed and will soon be packed.
Once the goods have been dispatched we will forward you a further confirmation email'.
Unfortunately this was the last we heard from you. I think it was the following morning when we were getting in the car to go shopping and the courier turned up. If we had been going out 2 minutes earlier we would have missed him!!!!
