I am very pleased with the TNW Munich TV Stand purchased recently. Unfortunately, on their order confirmation, there was no mention of the colour had ordered and it was supplied in oak, not walnut which I thought I had ordered. It was exchanged with no problem. On most items I have ordered on-line, full details are supplied on Order Confirmations but not in this case, just a model number. I was told I had pressed the wrong button, so I would have to pay for the return carriage. This rather spoiled my opinion of this Company as to future orders. The product itself is excellent. The assembly instructions were clear and the parts well catalogued. The only parts missing were tea bags and sandwiches because with 50 bags of screws etc: it did take rather a long time to assemble but well worth it!
