My pods arrived very late and one was damaged. One pod was considerably lower in volume compared to the other. I sent the item back and asked for a refund, I was comvinced to accept an exchange. I have been waiting almost 4 weeks for my exchanged pods and communication has now ceased, as the company haven't replied to any of my messages. I wish I'd never purchased these as I currently have no item and they have taken my payment. Very disappointed!
