PLEASE Take the bad reviews seriously!! I wish I had! I received the pods after about 3 weeks. They seemed to be brilliant for the price (I did the buy 2 get 1 free deal). At first I was happy, but then I noticed they’re all not right for different reasons; 1st & 2nd sets reacts the complete opposite to eachother, ie the tapping functions and the 3rd pair only one pod works, the other was completely inactive, tried to read the instructions and they’re in broken english and difficult to follow, to be blunt they make absolutely no sense. I messaged them on Facebook was given instructions what to do (again very difficult to follow yet it didn’t matter as one pod was just absolutely dead) I stated that again to be told the same info again, after I again stated it was not reacting to anything they asked me to return them for an exchange, it cost me a lot to return them as they demand tracked and now I have to order a new pair and wait again for potentially faulty pods. They wanted me to cover the cost of postage! And as of yet are not offering to cover the return cost to myself of faulty pods. Sound quality isn’t great, they don’t switch off so they drain themselves, the box doesn’t charge the pods. All round shocking! Should have bought 2nd hand apple pods for a little more £ and saved the hassle !!!!!
