Having purchased items in the sale on a Monday, then to recieve an email on a Sunday offering 15% off the gear I had bought. I thought it best to contact them about the difference 5 days cost me. Not surprisingly, this classy outfit stepped up again, and refunded the difference I would have saved, if I had bought the items on the later date. Thats top quality customer care in my eyes.
