Inspected all my crystal and they're not fake. Crystals all vary in colour, they won't always be the same. There's also different grades of colour the deeper the colour the better the grade. Quest in epsom taught me a bit about crystals. I've got some lovely strong colourful crystal from Quest. Try looking for inclusions & rainbow colours in your crystals. Check for bubbles if you have bubbles its glass. I saw some reviews on the psychic Tree complaining that the colours werent bright enough like the photo but that crystal comes in many shades and colours vary slightly. Some crystals are a bit harder to tell. I struggle with some of the tumble stones. I have to say I've got some really nice quality crystal, my clear quartz are definitely real really pretty. One of my crystals was under weight by 10mg. I contacted there online chat service where you have instant communication and they sent another one out the next day. I got the wrong angel crystal. I ordered new green Jade & I got white jade instead that was also sent the next day. Unfortunately the green one I received today was faulty and couldn't stand up and they're sending me another green Jade angel. I found they're customer service very good. The agent was very polite and helpful and sorted the problem out straight away.
