This was a terrible experience for me. It has left me incredibly frustrated and disheartened in a process as sensitive and significant as selling a home. There was no clear and proactive communication which is essential. I was left in the dark after they had promised sun on earth. The whole experience has left me feeling vulnerable and understandably disappointed. However it has also taught me that the next agency i get on board, i will make sure i have a check list of things; their communication policy etc. I bet it has been a good company to others but for me, it was a horrible experience.
