When we came to sell our house we booked 3 valuations, and while the other 2 were OK, Matt from Purple Property Shop was a different class, he spent over an hour explaining everything to us in detail and their fees were a fraction of the other agents. Danielle came to do the photos and she made our house look so good we even had second thoughts about moving!! We had quite a few viewings and a few offers, but in the end we decided to hold out for the offer we really wanted. It was worth the wait as after about 2 months we got an offer for the full asking price and the extra money made moving to our new house that little bit easier. Lynne kept us up to date all the way through, and we always felt we could phone her at any time - even on a Sunday! Very happy with the service and our new home.
