Very fast in terms of booking in appointments and flexibility with those appointments - a couple were very last minute and they were fab with it!
After dealing with other estate agents, especially Miller Metcalf, the Purple Property shop have been outstanding - from even the little things such as sending conformation emails, but they have been perfect with timings of when I ask them to call back - just everything with them has been perfect!
