This bore itself out as negotiating then became quite simple. Further down the line as completion drew near, I was always able to get up to date information from James over and above our conveyancer, and at times this was critically important to us. He always emailed and returned our calls without us having to call back and was consistently easy to deal with. If only everyone in a customer-facing role conducted business like this. On completion day, we collected the keys from the shop and received a warm welcome from the staff (unlike other agents I have used).
