Bought an item from The Range and its seller, 'its coming home'. The goods arrived late and were not as described. I was given an address to return the goods to by The Range (I had to pay £30 to return the two large boxes). Now I am being told I returned it to the wrong address. You just couldn't make it up. Wrote to the CEO and they are still making a hash of this. Guys under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have to refund me, you made the mistake in providing the wrong address!
