I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience with The Rusty Marquee.
My order was placed on December 11, 2023, and I was promised delivery by December 15, 2023. However, despite my repeated attempts to communicate with your team, I have not received the product nor any form of communication regarding the delay or status of my order.
As a customer, I expect transparency and accountability from the companies I choose to do business with. Sadly, The Rusty Marquee has failed to deliver on both fronts. This experience has been both frustrating and concerning, especially considering the amount of money I have paid for the product.
I want to make it clear that I will not be recommending The Rusty Marquee to anyone based on this experience. I hope that your team can rectify this situation by providing me with an update on the status of my order or by offering a resolution.
