*****BUYER/CONSIGNER BEWARE***** NIGHTMARE!!!! negligible, incompetent, no duty of care, horrible communication.
Purchased an item and I immediately followed up twice regarding my shipping address. They didn’t even reply and simply BLOCKED ME after 2 weeks. I had to contact the-salesroom to mediate this. Once unblocked and paid and address confirmed, they waited a MONTH to respond to my multiple inquiries regarding tracking and updates. I had to have the-salesroom auction site intervene due to this incompetence and lack of communication. They sent item to wrong address. They are liable for this.
They have taken no accountability for their mistake and have offered NO assistance or resolution.
I had to file a claim through my bank and reported to the-salesroom for negligence. Will be reporting to the auction board/council licensing for this negligence and unacceptable behavior. Able to support ANY documentation and emails screenshots to back these claims up.
