I do love your products, and have benn loyal to the brand since I first saw it a few years ago, but I have noticed a distinct difference in the size of your products and the branding this year. It does seem as if your products have shrunk since last year, and I have to be honest the new branding seems a bit no frills. I used to love the mermaid product branding but it all looks a bit like something you would buy from a cheap market stall. I hate to say this because I really love the mermaid line of soaps and fragrance and always used to shout about them to friends and family and give them as gifts in hampers, but I don’t think I would now because whilst the product is still lovely (albeit smaller) the branding gives the impression that it’s cheap- which it really isn’t. Not sure whether I will be continuing to buy as it doesn’t seem like value for money any more with less product and glum packaging.
