Do not buy from!!
I bought a treadmill which broke in the warranty period. They replaced with an ex-demo version which broke on the 2nd use. I’ve emailed and was told as a ‘gesture of good will’ they would replace it BUT only on a weekday. They claim they will only exchange the item Monday-Friday and during the day. When I explained I work on these days all day, they suggested I leave outside my house, take to work with me or have a neighbour watch it all day. They simply don’t care about their customers or want to help. I have said so many times that it wasn’t my fault, I was given a faulty item but they want me to go out of my way to have it exchanged. Why should I have to take a days unpaid leave for something that is their fault??
Never use this company.
