This company doesnt want to help you buy from them - when they are getting your money.....so I dread to think how POOR their after sales service is when they are getting nothing more out of you!!!
Tried to buy online, with their 10% discount. Wouldnt accept my debit card online. I rang them, and got some rude, abrasive, disinterested woman .....eventually. They took my card number and said it was fine, but on the phone they wouldnt give me the discount......hmm lure you in with a discount - cant buy it online - so call their "help"line and get told you cant have the discount. As the item is over £300 they wont take the payment over the phone (with the discount it would have been 2p under - so fine, but they dont give the discount over the phone even though id had the order accepted and its THEIR system that wont allow me to proceed - I spoke to my bank - no issue there!)
I asked " So what am I supposed to do to purchase from you?" ....was told "Well use Paypal" I explained Paypal was linked directly to the same debit card.....and was told "You cant buy it then if the online service isnt accepting your card" .....what a load of crap........I found another company online and used the same debit card - worked fine. What an awful system, company and customer service.
As I needed it URGENTLY as part of a charity exercise I had to use another account ............................NEXT DAY DELIVERY BOUGHT _ NEXT DAY EVEN WORSE FROM THESE FOOLS I ordered and paid for Next Day Delivery.....in good time for it to be dispatched under their policy, purchase by 1pm.
I needed the products and so took the day off of work (£70 loss, my choice). At 1700 hours I got an email to say the item wasnt being dispatched. I rang and was told it had been collected but wouldnt be here until tomorrow. So, not the next day delivery paid for, and wasting a day off of work and loss of a days wages
Why they couldnt have told me that first thing, then at least I could have done something with my day off rather than wait in for 10 hours!!!. NOW I have to try and take another day off, wasting time off and wages. THEY DO NOT GIVE A TOSS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ABOUT BREACHING THE CONTRACT WE HAD, nothing. I asked to speak to a manager......."sorry hes unavailable" Probably because theres so many complaints coming in.
They just do not care about customers, Ive since read other reviews both on here and Ebay and can tell they are horrendous.
So now Im either stuck with taking another day off of work, or not even getting the item at all as no-one will be in. This excuse for a company has now cost me HalF of the cost of the item......and what have they offered......a refund of £1.......yes £1!!!
AVOID these like the plague, yet to see the item, and ive read lots of poor reviews about their goods too
