Very poor customer service, as per other reviewers on here I ordered an item and paid extra for Next Day Delivery on the weekend (expecting delivery on Tuesday) - Received an order confirmation email, money removed from my account, Tuesday came, no item, Wednesday.. nothing - This went on until Thursday when I contacted them and they realised they didn't even have the item in stock. They'd happily taken my money and "not realised" the item wasn't in stock or that my order was outstanding. Very poor customer service follow up afterwards, eventually got my money back but took a while. I would avoid if possible!
