Nick Warren who dealt with my query regarding replacement wheels for my large Swiss suitcase was so professional and helpful. He asked all the right questions to get what I wanted and sent out the parts very quickly and even when it was the wrong parts due to me not being very clear, he completely understood and resent out the right parts. In only a couple of days my worries were gone as I thought I'd have to spend another £75 just because two wheels wore down.
