I know it’s not your guys fault, you normally ship within a day of ordering, but the time it takes to receive stuff here in Adelaide from Aus Post is just frustrating and really makes me consider whether it’s worth purchasing on line or just paying slightly extra from a local fish store. Aus post can claim COVID related delays but that doesn’t explain them sending stuff from you guys in QLD, via Perth in one instance & nearly all the time through Sydney or Melbourne where it gets stuck - rather than directly to Adelaide. Thought you should be aware because even though it’s not your fault - it can affect your business
