Although you have a good range of stock, your opening hours on the weekend are ludicrous. You obviously don’t grasp the fact that most people work during the week. You also don’t answer the phone on weekends so 5% out of 100% for meeting customer needs. If I do manage to get there when you are open I have found a couple of your staff are nice and know their stuff.
