Customer service from Tech Den was perfect.
Multi reactor close to no instructions on how to use and how to fill the unit with carbon and phosphate.
Looked high and low online and no instructions anywhere on the filling process of the item. Very confusing because it has many black filters and the main plunger comes out as a whole.
Would be nice to see an instructional video how to set up reactor. This is not fault of Tech Den rather the fault of the manufacturer
