The website is well laid out and it's easy to find what you are after. The Tech Den had a product I had been looking for weeks that was out of stock everywhere else. I also made two larger purchases recently, the checkout system is efficient and quick. Both purchases were fragile and required freight from QLD to WA, the packaging was very good and all items arrived without issue. Package delivery was via Auspost. I would buy again with confidence.
