I have a couple of issues I would like to bring to your attention:
1. Whenever I have been to your aquarium, there has never been enough staff on hand, but I must say those with whom I have dealt have always been very helpful and knowledgeable, but you really do need to take the pressure off them, by having more available and the experience for clients is then more pleasurable and more likely to lead to clients buying more. Otherwise, if there is anything one may need that is aquarium-related, then I'm sure you have it.
2. A bit more signage as to where stock is located would also be helpful.
