Would be great if Tech Den would give customers the option to leave parcels, rather than send them to the post office for collection if the customer is not home to sign for the delivery. Purchased items I needed quickly, AUS post attempted to deliver it on Friday, however no one was home. It has been taken to the post office, tried to collect it Saturday but still out with the driver. Very inconvenient, it was a $30 item that could have easily been left in my letter box. Post office closes before I finish work, so now I have to wait until next Saturday to pick the item up.
