I have had the shield outside in my screen porch for five years and it has worked! No issues with humidity(put the humidity cups in there five years ago and have not replaced them), freezing (have not had to use the heater), dust or insects. It is amazing and everyone wants to know where I got it. It is so much more cost effective than buying an outdoor tv because you can change out TVs any time you need to upgrade to the latest new technology, which would cost a lot more to do if you had to replace a traditional outdoor tv. Get this, it works!
