Shipping was very quick. Before ordering I spoke to their service rep who advised I needed an anti glare screen. I ordered regular since foolishly on their part the anti glare isn't included in combo kit. For 80% of our viewing over 3 weeks of using its fine, when there is glare we open the screen. I am disappointed that neither of the keyed locks latch since they don't align with the grooves. Also the threaded studs don't align easily. Everything aligned okay as delivered, but when you hang the box it creates enough flex to misalign everything including the prop rods to open the screen. Overall it needs to be a little more robust.
