This is our second TV SHIELD PRO for 60” TV. We do love this product. Both our TV SHIELD PROs have the heater since living in LI NY with very cold conditions. Only problem we had both times was with delivery service not handling it with care. The customer service department was extremely helpful especially Andrea who was top notch.
