I live in Hong Kong and usually use an official Tag Heuer repair shop to replace batteries and service my Tag Heuer Link watch. Whilst on holiday in Yorkshire this month, I needed a new battery and when I went to the official Tag Heuer shop in Leeds, I was told 6 weeks (the length of my stay) would not be long enough to fit a new battery. I was recommended by the assistant there to visit The Watch Lab, based in the Trinity Centre and told they were approved by Rolex and could fit batteries in waterproof watches and reseal them to a high and manufacturer-approved standard. I was extremely pleased to have my watch battery fitted, resealed and guaranteed for a year for the amazing price of £60! This is around a fifth of the usual price I pay and it was completed within an hour! I would never go anywhere else now and I will ensure my husband and friends are made aware of this so they can also avoid being overcharged and waiting 6 months for the work to be done, in future. The customer service was excellent with polite and friendly staff. They certainly deserve the great reputation they are building.
