Went to the WatchLab after taking my watch to a local jewellers who had quoted a much more expensive price for a repair. Was seen by Mark Wiseman who looked at the watch and listened to the problem and he gave me a firm price and explained that the watch would be serviced and a new battery inserted at the same time as the repair (or possibly a new movement fitted). He also explained it would be sent away and returned within 3 weeks and that we would be contacted when the watch was available for collection. Everything happened exactly as explained and I am very satisfied with the service I received from the WatchLab, the price I paid and that all promises were met. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family should the need arise.
