I visited the Preston shop recently on a Saturday afternoon with my Armani watch which was losing about 20 mins per week since having a recent battery change with another retailer. We were greeted warmly by Jim who seemed very knowledgable and suggested that it could be be a problem with the battery or it could just be that the watch may need cleaning rather than a full service. I left my watch with him and was told it would be ready within the hour. My hubby and I went for a coffee and sure enough my watch was ready when we called back just over an hour later. This was 2 weeks ago and so far my watch is back to its usual reliable self and is keeping perfect time once again. I was impressed with the good old fashioned service we were given and the cost of the repair was far less than I had anticipated. My watch has sentimental value and I was keen to have it sorted so that I could continue wearing it.
