I took I'm my Guess watch for a new battery but realised after a few days it obviously wasn't the battery,so took it back and booked it in for a service to see what was wrong. I was told it would take up to 8 weeks but it was returned completely fixed within 10 days. Very impressed with the service I was given and they were extremely helpful .
