I got my partner's watch - a Tag - serviced for fathers' day. The battery had leaked, there were a few scratches on it and the clasp was loose (other wee things needed to be sorted). I got it back 6 weeks later (was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks) and it looks brand new. I was really pleased with the work done. My partner loves having his watch back looking fab as it was a present he got for his 21st birthday. The person who served me at the shop in Glasgow was really nice, explained what would get done - unfortunately I don't remember his name. He even remembered it was a fathers' day present when I came to collect the watch. I would recommend the Watch Lab.
