I was experiencing a problem trying to get a replacement battery for a Fossil watch bought in the US. As the watch was waterproof it had to be sealed and the quote from Fossil direct was considerably more than the Watch lab and entailed sending the watch off to Milton Keynes and also paying postal insurance. A replacement battery in a Fossil shop would be less but without resealing. A casual enquiry at the watch lab in Hanley Stoke on Trent resulted in a quote for a much lower price to include new battery & resealing all within an hour. It comes with a 12 month guarantee and appears to be a quality job. The staff were helpful and efficient and so far I would have no hesitation in going back for any similar replacements.
