Watch sent for a service in April paid upfront nearly £800. End of August and still no watch. I was telephoned a fortnight ago to say that the watch was ready for collection at Manchester yet it was sent in via your postal service. Numerous unanswered emails to your so called customer service centre have gone ignored for an update.
Terrible service and non existent customer service. Next step legal redress unless update and watch received.
