I went to my usual jeweller for a replacement battery for my Tag Heuer watch and was told there was a 10 week wait to send get a battery replaced by the manufacturer. That delay was completely unacceptable to me. I was initially nervous about taking it somewhere else but they recommended the Watch Lab. As soon as I went there it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. Louise (Leeds) was a true professional and set my mind at rest. My battery was replaced the same day and cheaper than the manufacturer. The service was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
