I took my armani watch into Chester as the battery did not seem to be lasting. The gentleman explained my options and said that he would look at it and come back in a hour. On my return the watch had been fitted with ba new isolated and I was gold that there was not one in there already which is wehy the battery didn't last. I have waited until now to reply as I wanted to makes sure the watch worked longer than a week and 2 months later it is still going strong. I have since recommended their services and I would like to say a big thank you for the excellent customer service which seems to be lacking so much in today's commercial world. KR Lesley
