I came across The Watch Lab accidentally as they opened the branch I used that day. I had been carrying my watches around for some days, in the car, and other repair shops had declined due to the nature of the work required. I gave TWL the watches, a Aviator, Rotary and swatch. Each had different problems. Each repair was explained to me, the cost and how long it would take. I agreed, dropped the watches and continued shopping. When I returned my watches were done and I was given a two year guarantee on the work. I found them very friendly and the quality of the work high. I've recommended them to my friends and will definitely use them again. The branch I used was in Crawley, Mall downtown . I'm not a staff of theirs and they haven't paid me, ha ha.
