It was a Timex watch and the back had come off when the watch had been dropped. I took it to your shop in The Mall in South Gloucester, North of Bristol and asked that the back be replaced and the watch re-waterproofed. It was explained to me that the watch could only be made water resistant as it was never water-proof in the first place. I like that attention to detail. The repair was completed, as promised, in 30 minutes and included a new battery. Last year I had taken the same watch to another shop in the Mall to have the battery replaced. That time the job took 3 days (requiring a return trip to the shop to collect the watch) and cost 4 times the amount charged by the Watch Lab. Needless to say I was very pleased with my experience at The Watch Lab and will take other watch repairs to them in the future.
