I went into the Bristol cribbs causeway store to inquire about changing the battery in my ICE watch, the gentleman working in the shop explained about the ICE watch and what would be involved in changing the battery(which I wasn't aware about before) in order to keep the watch water tight, he told me how much it would cost and that it would take about an hour to complete, I explained that I had finished shopping and didn't want to wait around for an hour, he then said as it was quiet he could manage it in 45 minutes. So I left my watch with him and returned in 40 minutes to see how much longer it would take and as I walked into the shop he had just finished. He gave me all the details I needed and returned my watch working perfectly with the correct time and date on it. Excellent service given full details and work completed in very good time.
