We took three watches a Seiko, Kenneth Cole and a Rotary into to have batteries fitted, a new screen and new strap. The service was excellent and in our haste to leave left our receipt. When I returned the young woman remembered me and presented me with our watches. When my partner tried on the new strap it was too tight, I took it back in and it was replaced with one that fitted. Also - If Louise Ball was the young woman that manages the Watch Lab in Leeds, she is fab! Really helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Funny and personable too...she's great.
