The Watch Lab in the Shires shopping centre Leicestershire, i took my Longines watch to have a new battery put in a sealed back case and to have a new case reordered, unfortunately the back case was obsolete so i just had a new battery installed, the watch Lab were fantastic they rang me to tell me that they could not get the part but could buff the case up a the back of the watch and also told me i would get some money back, i found the Watch Lab to be one of the best places to take watches for repair, they are very friendly, helpfull and the communication was brilliant, i have no hesitation on using them again AAA1 Service through out and very quick.
