Had a watch strap and glass replaced. Watch lab did a great job in finding the spare parts. It was a Gant watch and replacement parts were not easily available. We had tried a few watch repair places but only Watchlab were able to source the requisite parts. Unfortunately the repair took over four months to achieve as the parts had to come from America and we were told that Gant were extremely slow to send orders out. When the watch did eventually return it was an excellent job and looked as good as new. The only observation I would make is that we did occasionally chase the very long repair up with Watchlab, spoke to someone who said they would chase the repair up and phone us back with an update but he then failed to do so. An excellent job ultimately.
