I was passing by when a woman on the pavement with a poster attracted me to the shop inside Arndale. Great service on my two broken watches which I happened to be carrying with me. One a Timex that needed a strap and battery and the other a Casio with a broken glass and which needed a battery. The first repair was done in 30 minutes, the other had to be sent away and I was called when it was ready a few weeks later. Super service. So glad I found The Watch Lab. The reception is warm and friendly and the workmanship excellent. Now I know where they are, I won't go anywhere else.
