I also bought a Super Dry plastic watch for my daughter at same time which was discounted. When returned to collect both assistant had forgotten to note that I still needed to pay for Super Dry as well as the strap repair. Different assistant did not realise until colleague alerted him. I could have left with free Super Dry......but of course I already had my card out ready to pay. Systems issue? Overall good professional efficient non complicated service by very personable young dudes. But nearly a cock up with paying. Also much less intimidating than going into formal high street jeweller!
