I took my Rotary watch for a new battery and clean to the Manchester Arndale store. The staff were very helpful and very pleasant. We have used their services on many occasions and have been very happy with the services. They keep very good records and immediately found our previous repairs. They told me that my watch had lost a couple of stones round the edge of the face and would I like them to replace them, there was no pressure when I said I would wait until another time. They told us the watch would ready within half an hour and when I returned it was ready for collection as promised.
