I was attented to by Jim who I found a very polite gent. when the work was complete I was advised my watch was an automatic movement, so after 24 hours I had to take the watch back because it stopped! Surprise, surprise, I was then told the watch was a manuel wind. Which I was little surprise at given how knowledgable Jim appreared. I had been winding the watch for years previous but Jim was having none of it. The watch looked like new on it's return and I was more than pleased with it. I was quoted 8 to 10 weeks but was complete in 5. I would have no problem recommending the Watch Lab to any of my friends. Thank You
