I took my Tag watch in to the Nottingham branch for a new battery, i was a little apprehensive as I had only every taken it to Goldsmiths where I purchased it. After a chat with the sale advisor Clare Kitchener she put me at ease. I was very impressed with the level of information which she gave to me and was really friendly. I would highly recommend the watch lab and will be returning when the battery needs replacing
