My Rotary automatic from the early 70s had been turned down by a number of repairers but Watchlab did a fantastic job. It's meant a lot to me to have it working again as it has a lot of sentimental value attached to it. The turnaround time was very quick given the size of the repair.
It was handled by the Leeds branch - don't know the names of the staff as I dealt with several but they were all very pleasant, helpful and cheerful.
