Excellent service. The jeweller where the watch was purchased was unable to replace the battery that day. They advised it would take 4 weeks. The Watch Lab relaxed the battery within 20 minutes. They took time to advise about General care of the Boss watch which belongs to my son. Definitely recommend the Watch Lab.
