I wanted to get a new battery for my watch without having to leave it with a jeweller who would send it away somewhere. I did not want to use a very cheap 'stall in the street' style of place having had a bad experience before. I got off to a good start with Watch Lab because the people were so polite and welcoming. They had the reference material for my watch so they know they could do the job. They gave me good advice about re-sealing the watch. The work was done within 30 minutes as they said they would. When I collected the watch I was given good comments about the inside condition of the watch - nice to hear and reassuring that they thought of it.
